Most Common Issues (K-Elite Series)

• Not brewing / partial cup: Descale the brewer; clean entrance/exit needles with paperclip tool; ensure water reservoir seated properly.
• “Add Water” light stays on: Clean water reservoir magnetic sensor; reseat reservoir firmly; check for debris.
• Brewer not powering on: Check outlet; reset by unplugging 10 seconds; ensure power button pressed correctly.
• Grounds in coffee: Use genuine K-Cup pods; clean exit needle carefully with included tool.
• Weak coffee: Select Strong Brew button; descale regularly; use fresh pods.
• “Descale” light on: Run descaling cycle with Keurig solution or white vinegar; rinse thoroughly (3+ cycles).

Advanced Features Issues

• Iced coffee button not working: Ensure brewer is set to iced mode; use correct cup size (6-12 oz recommended).
• Clock or auto-on not functioning: Re-program settings; reset by holding H+M buttons; check power interruptions.
• High Altitude brewing issues: Enable High Altitude mode (hold 8oz + 12oz buttons for 3 sec).

Maintenance Tips

• Regular cleaning: Run water-only brew cycles; dishwasher-safe parts (reservoir, drip tray).
