Step-by-Step Setup
- Choose Location: Place on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet and water source. Allow 4 inches clearance on all sides.
- Initial Cleaning: Wash carafe and all removable parts with warm, soapy water before first use.
- Install Water Filter: Insert charcoal water filter into filter holder and soak for 5 minutes before installing in reservoir.
- Fill Water Reservoir: Remove reservoir, fill with fresh cold water, and reinsert securely.
- Power Connection: Plug into a grounded 120V outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Prime the System: Run a cleansing brew cycle without a K-Cup to prime the brewing system.
- First Brew: Insert a K-Cup or add ground coffee to the filter for your first brew cycle.

Troubleshooting
