Initial Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Wash removable parts: Reservoir and drip tray with warm, soapy water.
  3. Fill reservoir with fresh water and place back on machine.
  4. Plug into 120V AC outlet.
  5. Prime the system: Lift and close handle without a pod, select largest cup size, brew until water dispenses completely.

WARNING! Do not use without water in reservoir. Ensure machine is on a heat-resistant surface away from edges.

Controls and Display

Control Panel: POWER button, Brew Size buttons (4,6,8,10,12 oz), STRONG button, HOT WATER button, MENU button.

Display: Shows time, selected brew size, STRONG icon, HOT WATER icon, descale alert, and programming options.

Settings: Use MENU button to access Auto On/Off, Clock Set, Energy Saver, and Descaling mode. Press POWER to turn machine on/off. Select brew size before brewing. STRONG button toggles strong brew mode. HOT WATER dispenses hot water without a pod.

Brewing Coffee

Supports all Keurig K-Cup pods.

  1. Ensure machine is on and water reservoir is filled.
  2. Lift handle, insert K-Cup pod, close handle firmly.
  3. Place mug on drip tray.
  4. Select desired brew size (4-12 oz).
  5. Press STRONG button if stronger coffee is desired.
  6. Press brew button to start brewing.
  7. For iced coffee: Fill cup with ice, select Iced Coffee setting (if available) or use smaller brew size.

Tip: Preheat mug with hot water for hotter coffee. Use fresh, cold water for best taste.

Hot Water Function

Dispenses hot water for tea, soup, oatmeal, etc.

  1. Ensure machine is on and reservoir has water.
  2. Place cup on drip tray.
  3. Press HOT WATER button.
  4. Select desired water amount (4-12 oz).
  5. Press brew button to dispense.

CAUTION! Water is very hot. Keep hands and face away from steam and outlet.

Cleaning & Descaling

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Empty and rinse drip tray and reservoir.

Weekly: Clean needle: Turn off, unplug, lift handle, use paperclip to clear blockage in top and bottom needles.

Descaling: When descale indicator lights, use Keurig Descaling Solution or vinegar solution. Follow descale mode in menu.

WARNING! Unplug before cleaning. Never immerse machine in water. Use only approved descaling solution.

Programming

Use MENU button to access settings.

  1. Set Clock: Menu > Clock Set > adjust hours/minutes.
  2. Auto On: Menu > Auto On > set time for automatic startup.
  3. Auto Off: Menu > Auto Off > set delay (2 hours default).
  4. Energy Saver: Menu > Energy Saver > On/Off.

Note: Changes are saved automatically. Machine must be plugged in for clock to maintain time.

Troubleshooting
