Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Wash removable parts: reservoir and drip tray with warm soapy water.
  3. Place drip tray in position.
  4. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water and insert into brewer.
  5. Plug into 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Ensure brewer is on a heat-resistant surface away from edges. Keep away from children.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewer before first brew.

  1. Power on: Press POWER button; lights will illuminate.
  2. Prime: Without a K-Cup pod, place a mug, select largest brew size (12 oz), and start brew cycle. Repeat 2-3 times.
  3. Insert K-Cup: Lift handle, insert pod, close firmly.
  4. Select brew size and press brew button.
  5. Program auto on/off: Hold PROGRAM button to set time.

CAUTION! Water will be hot. Do not touch during brew cycle.

Brewing Coffee

  3. Lift handle, insert K-Cup pod, close firmly.
  4. Place mug on drip tray.
  5. Select brew size (4-12 oz).
  6. For strong coffee: Press STRONG before brew.
  7. For iced coffee: Press ICED, add ice to mug, then brew.
  8. Press brew button; cycle completes automatically.

Tip: Use filtered water for better taste and to reduce descaling frequency.

Using Hot Water Feature

Dispenses hot water without a pod.

  1. Ensure brewer is on and ready.
  2. Place mug under dispenser.
  3. Press HOT WATER button.
  4. Select desired water amount (4-12 oz).
  5. Press brew button to dispense.

WARNING! Water is near boiling. Handle with care.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Empty drip tray and wash.
  2. Weekly: Wash water reservoir and K-Cup holder.
  3. Monthly: Run water-only brew cycles to flush.
  4. Descaling: When indicator lights, use Keurig descaling solution or vinegar mix.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning. Never immerse brewer in water.
