Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack and Place: Remove all packaging materials. Place on a clean, level, stable surface away from heat sources.
  2. Water Reservoir: Lift the water reservoir lid and fill with fresh, cold water. Do not exceed MAX fill line.
  3. Initial Rinse: Before first use, run a cleansing brew cycle without a K-Cup pod to rinse the internal system.
  4. Install Water Filter: Soak charcoal filter for 5 minutes, then insert into filter handle and install in reservoir.
  5. Power On: Plug into a 120V outlet. The brewer will power on and display READY when heated.
  6. Brew Size Selection: Use the brew size buttons to select your preferred cup size (6oz, 8oz, 10oz).
  7. First Brew: Insert a K-Cup pod, close the handle, select brew size, and press BREW button.
Important: Always use genuine K-Cup pods. Descale your brewer every 3-6 months for optimal performance.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Brewer won't power on Power issue, not plugged in properly Check power outlet, ensure plug is fully inserted

Common Error Indicators
