Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials from brewer and reservoir.
  2. Place drip tray in position at front of brewer.
  3. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water, replace lid, and insert into brewer.
  4. Plug power cord into 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Ensure brewer is on stable surface away from edges.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Press POWER button to turn brewer on; lights will illuminate.
  2. Without K-Cup, place mug on drip tray.
  3. Press BREW button to run water through system; repeat 2-3 times.
  4. Insert K-Cup, select brew size, and brew first cup.

CAUTION! Water will be hot. Keep hands clear during brew cycle.

Front panel controls: POWER, BREW, SIZE SELECT.

Indicator Lights: Power (green), Heating (red), Descaling (amber).

Brew Size Selection: Press SIZE SELECT to cycle through options (6 oz → 8 oz → 10 oz). Selected size will blink during heating. Auto-Off: Brewer turns off automatically 90 seconds after last brew. Descaling Alert: Amber light illuminates when mineral buildup requires descaling.

Brewing Coffee

Brews single servings using K-Cup pods.

  1. Press POWER to turn brewer on; wait for green light.
  2. Lift handle, insert K-Cup pod, close handle firmly.
  3. Place mug on drip tray (remove drip tray for travel mugs).
  4. Press SIZE SELECT to choose brew size (6, 8, or 10 oz).
  5. Press BREW button; brewing completes in under 1 minute.
  6. Remove mug; brewer is ready for next cup.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use smaller brew size with same K-Cup.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Unplug brewer before cleaning.
  2. Remove and rinse water reservoir daily; wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  3. Remove drip tray and wash with mild detergent.
  4. Wipe brewing chamber with damp cloth; do not immerse in water.
  5. Replace water reservoir every 2-3 days for fresh taste.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse brewer in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required when descale indicator light illuminates.

  1. Fill reservoir with 48 oz white vinegar or Keurig descaling solution.
  2. Place large mug on drip tray.
  3. Press POWER, then BREW repeatedly until reservoir is empty.
  4. Let solution sit in brewer for 30 minutes.
  5. Rinse reservoir, fill with fresh water, and run multiple brew cycles to flush.
  6. Descale light will turn off after completion.
