Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Choose Location: Place on a flat, stable surface near an electrical outlet and away from heat sources.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Wash removable parts (drip tray, water reservoir) with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  3. Fill Water Reservoir: Remove reservoir, fill with fresh cold water, and reattach to the brewer.
  4. Power Connection: Plug into a 120V, 60Hz grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords.
  5. Prime the System: Turn brewer on and run several brew cycles without a K-Cup pod to flush the system.
  6. Insert K-Cup: Lift handle, place K-Cup pod in holder, close handle firmly.
  7. First Brew: Select cup size and press brew button to begin your first coffee cycle.
Important: Always use genuine Keurig® K-Cup® pods. Descale your brewer every 3-6 months for optimal performance.

Troubleshooting

Brewer won't turn on Power issue, not plugged in properly Check power outlet, ensure plug is fully inserted
