Single Serve Coffee Maker

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Clean cloth
  • Measuring cup
  • Fresh water
  • Keurig® descaling solution
  • Paper towels

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack Your Brewer: Remove all packaging materials from the brewer and accessories.
  2. Choose Location: Place on a flat, stable surface near an electrical outlet and away from heat sources.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Never immerse the brewer in water.
  4. Water Reservoir: Fill the reservoir with fresh, cold water. Do not use distilled or softened water.
  5. Prime the Brewer: Run water through the brewer without a K-Cup® pod to clean the internal lines.
  6. Power Connection: Plug into a 120V, 60Hz grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  7. First Brew: Insert a K-Cup® pod and brew your first cup to complete the setup process.
Warning: Always ensure the brewer is unplugged before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners on any part of the brewer.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Brewer won't turn on Power issue, not plugged in properly Check power supply, ensure brewer is plugged into grounded outlet
Weak coffee or small cup Clogged needle, mineral buildup Clean exit needle, descale the brewer
Water not heating Mineral buildup, heating element issue Descale the brewer, contact customer service
Leaking water Reservoir not seated properly, cracked reservoir Ensure reservoir is properly positioned, check for cracks

Error Codes & Lights
