Step-by-Step Setup
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect the brewer for any visible damage.
- Place on Stable Surface: Place the brewer on a flat, stable, and dry surface away from heat sources and sunlight.
- Initial Rinse: Before first use, run several cycles of clean water through both the single-serve and carafe systems without coffee.
- Water Reservoir Setup: Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water. Ensure it's properly seated.
- Power Connection: Plug into a grounded 120V outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
- Prime the System: Follow the priming instructions in the quick start guide to prepare the brewer for first use.
- Test Brew: Brew a test cup using both single-serve and carafe modes to ensure proper operation.

Troubleshooting
