Initial Setup & Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a stable, level, and dry countertop.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers from the brewer.
  2. Wash the removable water reservoir and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
  3. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water and place it securely on the back of the brewer.
  4. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  5. Press the POWER button. The display will light up and the brewer will begin its initial setup cycle.

WARNING! Ensure the brewer is placed away from heat sources, sinks, and edges of countertops. Use only the provided power cord.

First Brew & Wi-Fi Setup

Complete the initial cleaning cycle before your first beverage.

  1. Initial Cleaning: Without a K-Cup pod, place a large mug on the drip tray. Select the largest brew size (12 oz.) and start a brew cycle. Repeat 2-3 times with fresh water.
  2. Brew Your First Cup: Lift and close the handle to open the K-Cup holder. Insert a K-Cup pod. Close the handle firmly. Place your mug. Select your desired brew size, strength, and temperature on the display. Press the BREW button.
  3. Wi-Fi Setup: Download the Keurig app on your smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your brewer to your home Wi-Fi network. This enables remote brewing and schedule features.

CAUTION! The water and brewed beverage will be hot. Keep hands and face away during brewing.

Brewing Guide

For optimal flavor, use the recommended settings for your K-Cup pod type.

  1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled and a mug is placed on the drip tray.
  2. Lift and close the handle to open the K-Cup holder.
  3. Insert a K-Cup pod. Close the handle firmly until it clicks.
  4. On the display, select your Brew Size using the +/- buttons.
  5. (Optional) Press STRENGTH to cycle through STRONG, MEDIUM, MILD.
  6. (Optional) Press TEMPERATURE to select your preferred brew temp.
  7. Press the large BREW button to start. The display will show "HEATING" then "BREWING".
  8. When brewing is complete, lift the handle to eject the used pod into the storage drawer.

Tip: For a stronger cup, select a smaller brew size or use the STRONG setting.

Maintenance & Descaling

Regular cleaning ensures great taste and machine longevity.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with a damp cloth. Empty and rinse the drip tray and pod holder.
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash the water reservoir and drip tray assembly in warm, soapy water.
  3. Monthly/As Needed: Run a water-only cleaning brew cycle (without a pod).
  4. Descaling: The display will alert you when descaling is needed (approx. every 3-6 months). Use only Keurig Descaling Solution or approved vinegar solution. Follow the on-display prompts or app instructions for the descaling procedure.

WARNING! Never use sharp objects to clean the needle assembly. Unplug the brewer before any deep cleaning.

Smart Features & App

Connect your brewer to the Keurig app for enhanced functionality.

App Features: Remote brew start from anywhere, Schedule brews for a specific time, Create and save custom drink profiles, Receive maintenance reminders (cleaning, descaling), Check water level status, Access troubleshooting guides.

Setup: Ensure your brewer is on and in standby mode. Open the Keurig app and follow the "Add a Brewer" steps. You will need your home Wi-Fi network name and password.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug the brewer before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth for the exterior. Do not immerse the brewer base, cord, or plug in water.

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals. Never run descaling solution through a pod. Always empty the drip tray before moving the brewer.

Troubleshooting
