Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Machine won't turn on Power issue, not plugged in properly Check power outlet, ensure plug is secure, check power switch
No water flow Empty water reservoir, clogged needle, air lock Refill reservoir, clean needles, prime the system
Weak coffee Wrong brew size, old K-Cup, needs descaling Select smaller cup size, use fresh K-Cup, descale machine
Leaking water Improperly seated K-Cup, overfilled reservoir Ensure K-Cup is properly inserted, don't overfill reservoir
Error lights Needs descaling, overheating, mechanical issue Descale machine, let cool for 1 hour, contact support
Inconsistent brew temperature Mineral buildup, needs descaling Run descaling cycle, use filtered water

Error Codes & Lights

  • Add Water: Water reservoir is empty or not properly seated
  • Descale: Mineral buildup detected - run descaling cycle
  • Prime: Machine needs priming - run water through without K-Cup
  • Overheating: Machine too hot - unplug and let cool for 1 hour
  • Brew Interrupted: Lid opened during brew - close lid and restart
