Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Measuring cup
  • Clean cloth
  • Vinegar (for descaling)
  • Filtered water
  • Keurig® compatible coffee pod

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack and Place: Remove all packaging materials. Place brewer on a flat, stable surface away from heat sources and water splashes.
  2. Water Reservoir: Remove water reservoir, fill with fresh cold water, and reattach securely to the brewer.
  3. Initial Rinse: Without a K-Cup® pod, place a mug on the drip tray and run a cleansing brew cycle using just water.
  4. Prime the System: Run 3-4 water-only brew cycles to prime the internal system and remove any manufacturing residues.
  5. First Brew: Insert a K-Cup® pod, close the handle, select your cup size, and brew your first cup of coffee.
  6. Descaling Setup: Familiarize yourself with the descaling indicator light and procedure for future maintenance.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all lights are functioning properly and the brewer heats water to optimal temperature (192°F).
Warning: Do not use distilled or softened water. Always use fresh, cold water for best brewing results and to prevent scale buildup.
