Initial Setup & Installation

Unpack and inspect all components. Place on a stable, level, and dry countertop.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers from the brewer and water reservoir.
  2. Wash the water reservoir with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
  3. Fill the reservoir with fresh, cold water and place it securely on the back of the brewer.
  4. Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
  5. The display will illuminate. The brewer will prime itself (you may hear pumping sounds).

WARNING! Ensure the brewer is placed away from edges, heat sources, and sinks. Use only the provided power cord.

First Brew Preparation

Before your first brew, run a cleansing brew cycle to flush the system.

  1. Ensure the water reservoir is filled and the brewer is powered on.
  2. Place a large mug (at least 12 oz.) on the drip tray.
  3. Do not insert a K-Cup pod. Close and open the handle to clear the pod holder.
  4. On the touch display, select the largest brew size (12 oz.) and press BREW.
  5. Allow the full cycle to complete. Discard the hot water.
  6. Your brewer is now ready for use.

CAUTION! The water and brewer will become very hot. Do not touch during the cycle.

Controls & Display

Primary controls are accessed via the Color Touch Display and physical buttons.

Physical Buttons: POWER, STRONG, ICED, HOT WATER.

Touch Display Functions: Brew Size Selection (4,6,8,10,12 oz.), Settings Menu (Auto-Off, Factory Reset, Descaling), Status Messages (Ready, Heating, Add Water, Descaling).

Settings Menu: Auto-Off (Off, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr), Factory Reset, Descaling Mode, Brew Over Ice volume adjustment.

Brewing Coffee

To brew a standard cup of coffee using a K-Cup pod.

  1. Lift and lower the handle to open the K-Cup pod holder.
  2. Insert any K-Cup pod. Close the handle firmly.
  3. Place a mug on the drip tray.
  4. On the display, select your desired brew size (4-12 oz.).
  5. Press the flashing BREW button. The brew will begin after a brief heating period.
  6. When the cycle finishes, lift the handle to eject the used pod.

Tip: For best results, use fresh, cold water and a clean mug.

Special Brew Settings

Utilize the STRONG, ICED, and HOT WATER features for customized beverages.

  1. Strong Brew: Press the STRONG button before brewing. The button will light up. This increases contact time for a bolder, more intense flavor.
  2. Iced Setting: Press the ICED button before brewing. The brewer will adjust the temperature and volume to prevent melting ice and deliver full flavor over ice.
  3. Hot Water on Demand: Without a pod, press the HOT WATER button. Select a size (6-12 oz.) and press BREW to dispense hot water for tea, cocoa, or soup.

WARNING! Dispensed water is extremely hot. Handle with care.

Care & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Daily: Wipe exterior with a damp cloth. Empty and rinse the drip tray and pod holder.

Weekly/Monthly: Remove and wash the water reservoir. Clean the exit needle (inside pod holder) with a paperclip to prevent clogs.

Descaling: Perform when the DESCALE indicator appears on the display. Use Keurig Descaling Solution or approved vinegar solution. Follow the descaling instructions in the Settings Menu.

CAUTION! Unplug the brewer before cleaning exterior parts. Never immerse the brewer base in water.

Troubleshooting
