Initial Setup & First Use

Unpack and inspect all contents. Place on a clean, level, stable surface away from edges.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers from inside and outside the brewer.
  2. Wash the removable water reservoir and drip tray cover with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water and place it back into the brewer.
  4. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.
  5. Press the Power button to turn on. The Power light will illuminate.
  6. Perform an initial water flush: Without a K-Cup pod, place a mug on the drip tray, press the 10 oz brew button, and let the cycle complete. Repeat 2-3 times.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Ensure the water reservoir is properly seated. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

Controls and Indicators

Front Panel: POWER button, 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz brew size buttons.

Indicator Lights: Power Light (white) - indicates brewer is on. Descale Light (red) - illuminates when mineral buildup requires descaling.

Operation: Press POWER to turn brewer on/off. Select desired brew size button (6, 8, or 10 oz) to begin brewing cycle. The brew button will flash during heating and brewing, then turn off when complete.

Brewing Your Beverage

Always use a clean mug. Ensure water reservoir has sufficient water.

  1. Lift and lower the brew handle to open the K-Cup pod chamber.
  2. Insert your chosen K-Cup pod. Close the handle firmly.
  3. Place your mug (up to 7.2" tall) on the drip tray.
  4. Press the desired brew size button (6, 8, or 10 oz). The button will flash.
  5. Brewing will begin after a short heating period. The cycle completes automatically.
  6. After brewing, lift the handle to eject the used K-Cup pod.

Tip: For a stronger brew, select a smaller cup size. Run a water-only brew cycle between different coffee types to clear previous flavors.

Maintenance & Descaling

Regular descaling maintains performance and extends brewer life. The Descale light will illuminate when required (approx. every 3-6 months).

  1. Purchase Keurig Descaling Solution or approved white vinegar.
  2. Fill the empty water reservoir with 16 oz of descaling solution and 16 oz of water.
  3. Place a large mug (at least 20 oz) on the drip tray.
  4. Press POWER to turn brewer on. Press and hold the 8 oz and 10 oz buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter descale mode.
  5. Press the 10 oz brew button to start the descaling cycle. Repeat until "Add Water" light appears.
  6. Rinse reservoir thoroughly, refill with fresh water, and run multiple water-only brew cycles to rinse the system.
  7. Exit descale mode by pressing POWER.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig Descaling Solution or white vinegar. Do not use other cleaners.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug brewer and allow to cool before cleaning.

CAUTION! Never immerse brewer base, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.

Troubleshooting
