  • Clean cloth
  • Measuring cup
  • Fresh water
  • Keurig® descaling solution
  • Paper towels

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack and Place: Remove all packaging materials. Place brewer on a flat, stable surface away from heat sources and water.
  2. Wash Removable Parts: Wash the water reservoir, drip tray, and K-Cup® pod holder in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Fill Water Reservoir: Fill the reservoir with fresh, cold water. Do not use distilled or softened water.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the brewer into a 120V, 60Hz grounded outlet. Ensure the outlet is not controlled by a switch.
  5. Initial Rinse: Run a cleansing brew without a K-Cup® pod to rinse the internal lines. Use the largest cup setting.
  6. Prime the Brewer: The brewer will automatically prime on first use. Wait for the "Add Water" light to turn off.
  7. First Brew: Insert a K-Cup® pod, place your mug on the drip tray, select your cup size, and press the brew button.
