The Keurig B60 is a single-serve coffee brewing system designed for home or office use. Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place brewer on a stable, level surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials from inside and outside the brewer.
  2. Wash the water reservoir with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
  3. Insert the water reservoir into the back of the brewer until it clicks into place.
  4. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not use the brewer without water. Ensure the water reservoir is properly seated to prevent leaks.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewer before first use to remove any internal air and prepare the system.

  1. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water up to the MAX fill line.
  2. Place a large mug (at least 10 oz) on the drip tray.
  3. Press the POWER button to turn the brewer on. The display will illuminate.
  4. Lift and close the brewer handle without inserting a K-Cup® pod.
  5. Press the BREW button. The brewer will run water through the system. Discard this water.
  6. Repeat the priming process 2-3 times until the water runs clear.

CAUTION! The exit needle and brew chamber will be hot after use. Allow to cool before handling.

Controls and Settings

Access settings via the LCD display and control buttons.

Display Icons: Clock, Brew Size, Temperature, Auto On/Off, Descaling Alert.

Buttons: POWER, BREW, MENU/SELECT, UP (+), DOWN (-).

Settings Menu: Press MENU to cycle through: Set Clock, Set Auto On Time, Set Auto Off Time, Set Brew Temperature (Low/Medium/High), Set Brew Size (6/8/10 oz). Use UP/DOWN to adjust, MENU to save.

Brewing Coffee

Brew a single cup using a K-Cup® pod.

  1. Ensure brewer is on and water reservoir is filled.
  2. Lift the handle to open the K-Cup® pod holder.
  3. Insert a K-Cup® pod. Close the handle firmly until it clicks.
  4. Place your cup on the drip tray.
  5. Select your desired brew size using the BREW SIZE button (if not pre-set).
  6. Press the BREW button. The brewing cycle will begin and complete automatically.
  7. After brewing, lift the handle to eject the used pod into the storage bin.

Tip: For a stronger brew, select a smaller cup size (e.g., 6 oz) for the same pod.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and taste.

  1. External Cleaning: Unplug brewer. Wipe exterior with a damp, soft cloth. Do not immerse in water.
  2. Water Reservoir: Remove and wash weekly with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry before replacing.
  3. Drip Tray & Pod Holder: Remove drip tray and pod storage bin. Wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
  4. Exit Needle: Periodically check the exit needle (inside the pod holder) for clogs. Use a paperclip to gently clear any blockage (brewer unplugged and cool).

CAUTION! Never use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or immerse the main brewer unit in water.

Descaling Procedure

The DESCALE light will illuminate when mineral buildup requires removal. Use Keurig® Descaling Solution or white vinegar.

  1. Empty and rinse the water reservoir.
  2. Fill reservoir with 16 oz of descaling solution or a mixture of 16 oz white vinegar and 16 oz water.
  3. Place a large mug (at least 10 oz) on the drip tray.
  4. Press POWER to turn brewer on. Lift and close handle without a pod.
  5. Press BREW. Half the solution will dispense. Pause brewer for 30 minutes.
  6. Press BREW again to dispense the remaining solution. Discard all liquid.
  7. Rinse reservoir thoroughly. Fill with fresh water. Run multiple brew cycles (without a pod) until vinegar odor is gone.
  8. Press and hold the DESCALE button for 3 seconds to reset the indicator light.

Troubleshooting
