Setup & Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on a stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers from the brewer.
  2. Wash the water reservoir and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry.
  3. Fill the reservoir with fresh, cold water and insert it into the brewer.
  4. Plug the power cord into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
  5. Prime the brewer by running a water-only brew cycle (no pod).

WARNING! Do not use the brewer without water in the reservoir. Ensure the drip tray is in place before brewing.

First-Time Use

Power on the brewer; the display will light up.

  1. Follow on-screen prompts to set language, time, and preferences.
  2. Prime the system: Place a large mug, select the largest brew size, and start a brew without a pod.
  3. Program your favorite brew: Insert a K-Cup, select size and strength, and save to a Quick Touch button.
  4. Adjust default settings via the Settings Menu (brew temperature, auto-off, etc.).

CAUTION! The first few brews may produce slight odors or discoloration; this is normal and will dissipate.

Controls and Settings

Access all functions via the Color Touch Display. Physical Buttons: POWER, STRENGTH, HOT WATER, QUICK TOUCH (1-4).

Display Menu: Brew Size Selection, Strength Control, Temperature Settings, Clock, Auto-Off Timer, Energy Saver, Descale Alert, Factory Reset.

Brew Settings: Select size before or after inserting pod. Strength Control: Toggle between BOLD (stronger) and STANDARD. Temperature: Adjust brew temp (192°F default). Quick Touch: Program up to 4 favorite brew combinations. System: Set clock, auto-off (2 hrs default), language (ENGLISH), descale reminders.

Brewing Coffee

Brews single servings using K-Cup pods.

  1. Lift and lower the handle to open the pod holder.
  2. Insert a K-Cup pod (any brand/variety).
  3. Close the handle firmly.
  4. Place a mug (min 5 oz) on the drip tray.
  5. Select brew size on the display (6, 8, 10, 12 oz).
  6. Press the STRENGTH button if desired (Bold or Standard).
  7. Press the flashing brew button to start.
  8. Remove mug when brewing completes.

Tip: For Hot Water, press the HOT WATER button, select size, and brew without a pod.

Customization Options

Strength Control: Enhances flavor intensity. Quick Touch Buttons: Save favorite brew size/strength combinations. Brew Temperature: Adjustable from 187°F to 192°F. Auto-Off: Set from 30 minutes to 2 hours (or off). Energy Saver: Reduces standby power after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Care & Cleaning

Daily: Empty drip tray and used pod container. Weekly: Wash reservoir, drip tray, and pod holder with warm, soapy water. Monthly: Descale when alert appears using Keurig Descaling Solution or vinegar solution.

Descaling Steps: 1. Fill reservoir with descaling solution and water. 2. Run multiple brew cycles (no pod) until reservoir is empty. 3. Rinse thoroughly by running multiple cycles with fresh water.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning exterior. Never immerse brewer in water. Use only approved descaling solutions.
