Single Serve Coffee Maker

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Clean cloth
  • Measuring cup
  • Fresh water
  • Keurig® descaling solution
  • Paper towels

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect the coffee maker for any visible damage.
  2. Place on Level Surface: Place the brewer on a clean, level, and stable countertop away from heat sources and water splashes.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and clean the water reservoir with mild soap and water.
  4. Water Reservoir Installation: Fill the removable water reservoir with fresh, cold water and place it securely on the brewer.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the brewer into a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Initial Brewing Cycle: Run several brewing cycles with just water (no K-Cup® pod) to clean the internal system.
  7. First Coffee Brew: Insert a K-Cup® pod, select your cup size, and brew your first cup of coffee.
Warning: Always use clean, cold water. Never use distilled, softened, or previously boiled water as it may affect brewing performance.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Brewer won't turn on Power issue, not plugged in properly Check power outlet, ensure plug is secure, check circuit breaker
