Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Unpack and Place: Remove all packaging materials and place your Keurig on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet.
  2. Water Reservoir: Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  3. Initial Rinse: Before first use, run a cleansing brew without a K-Cup pod to rinse the internal system.
  4. Install Water Filter: Soak the charcoal water filter for 5 minutes, then insert it into the filter handle and place in reservoir.
  5. Power On: Plug in your Keurig and press the power button. Allow the machine to heat up (approximately 3 minutes).
  6. Prime System: Brew a full cup of hot water without a K-Cup pod to prime the brewing system.
  7. First Brew: Insert your preferred K-Cup pod, select your cup size, and begin brewing.
Important: Always use the Keurig descaling solution every 3-6 months to maintain optimal performance and extend machine life.

Troubleshooting
