Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Wash removable parts: reservoir and drip tray with warm, soapy water.
  3. Fill reservoir with fresh cold water and place back on brewer.
  4. Plug into 120V AC outlet.
  5. Prime the system: Run water through without a K-Cup pod.

WARNING! Do not use without water. Ensure brewer is on a heat-resistant surface away from edges.

First-Time Use

Power on brewer; follow initial setup prompts.

  1. Set time: Use HOUR and MIN buttons to set clock.
  2. Program auto on: Set desired brew time for automatic start.
  3. Select default brew size: Press preferred size button (8 oz. default).
  4. Prime brewing system: Brew a full reservoir of water without a K-Cup.

Brewing Coffee

Brews using K-Cup pods.

  1. Ensure reservoir is filled with water.
  2. Lift handle, insert K-Cup, close handle firmly.
  3. Place mug on drip tray.
  4. Select brew size: Press 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz.
  5. Optional: Press STRONG for bolder coffee.
  6. Press BREW to start.
  7. Brewing completes automatically.
  8. Remove mug and discard used pod.

Tip: Preheat mug with hot water for hotter coffee.

Special Functions

Strong Brew: Press before brewing for slower extraction and stronger flavor.

Iced Coffee: Press ICED, then brew size. Uses less water to account for ice melting.

Hot Water on Demand: Press HOT WATER, then size. Dispenses hot water without pod.

Programmable Auto On: Set time for brewer to turn on and brew automatically.

Energy Saving Mode: Auto off after 2 hours of inactivity (adjustable).

Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Weekly: Wash reservoir and drip tray.

  1. Descaling: When indicator lights, use Keurig descaling solution or vinegar mix. - Fill reservoir with descaling solution. - Run multiple brew cycles without pod. - Rinse with fresh water cycles.
