Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all components. Place brewer on a clean, stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials from inside and outside the brewer.
  2. Wash the water reservoir and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Place the drip tray in position. Ensure the water reservoir is securely seated.
  4. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Do not use the brewer without water. Ensure the water reservoir is properly installed before powering on.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water up to the MAX fill line.
  2. Place a large mug (at least 12 oz.) on the drip tray.
  3. Lift and close the handle without inserting a K-Cup pod.
  4. Select the 12 oz. brew size and press the BREW button. Discard this water.
  5. Repeat this priming process two more times.

CAUTION! The brewer and water will be hot. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

Control Panel: POWER button, BREW button, STRONG button, ICED button, HOT WATER button, Temperature Control buttons (+/-), Brew Size buttons (4,6,8,10,12 oz).

LED Indicators: Power On, Heating, Ready to Brew, Descaling Alert.

Settings: Use Temperature Control buttons to adjust brew temp in 1°F increments. Press STRONG before brewing for a bolder cup. Press ICED before brewing for optimized iced coffee. Press HOT WATER to dispense hot water without a pod.

Brewing Coffee

Brewing with a K-Cup pod.

  1. Ensure the brewer is powered on and ready (READY light illuminated).
  2. Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water.
  3. Lift the handle and insert a K-Cup pod. Close the handle firmly.
  4. Place a mug on the drip tray.
  5. Select your desired brew size (4,6,8,10,12 oz).
  6. Press the BREW button. Brewing will begin.
  7. When brewing is complete, lift the handle to eject the used pod.

Tip: For best results, use filtered water and brew within 30 seconds of inserting the pod.

Customizing Your Brew

Utilize advanced features for a personalized experience.

  1. Strong Brew: Press STRONG button before brewing. LED will illuminate.
  2. Iced Coffee: Press ICED button, select brew size, then BREW. Use a glass filled with ice.
  3. Hot Water: Press HOT WATER button, select size, then BREW for tea, soup, etc.
  4. Temperature: Press +/- buttons to adjust brew temperature. Setting is saved.
  5. Energy Saver: Enabled by default. Brewer enters sleep mode after 2 hours idle.

Note: STRONG and ICED settings are canceled after one brew cycle.

Care & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity.

Daily: Wipe exterior with a damp cloth. Empty and rinse the drip tray and water reservoir.

Weekly: Clean the K-Cup pod holder assembly. Remove and wash with warm, soapy water.

Descaling: Perform when DESCALE light illuminates. Use Keurig Descaling Solution or approved vinegar solution. Follow on-screen prompts or manual descaling instructions.

CAUTION! Unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse brewer, cord, or base in water or other liquids.
