Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect all parts. Place on clean, level, stable surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials from brewer and frother.
  2. Wash removable parts: Drip tray, water reservoir, frother lid and whisk with warm soapy water.
  3. Fill water reservoir with fresh cold water and place back on brewer.
  4. Plug power cord into 120V AC outlet.

WARNING! Ensure brewer is unplugged during cleaning. Keep away from edges to prevent tipping.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewer before first brew.

  1. Power on: Press POWER button; brewer will heat (approx. 3 minutes).
  2. Prime brewing system: Place a mug, press 12oz brew without a K-Cup pod to run water through.
  3. Prime frother: Fill frother with water to MAX line, select hot froth, run cycle to clean.
  4. Insert K-Cup: Lift handle, place pod, close firmly.
  5. Select cup size and press BREW.

CAUTION! Do not run brewer without water. Ensure handle is fully closed before brewing.

Controls and Settings

Control Panel: POWER, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, STRONG, BREW. Frother Dial: Latte, Cold Froth, Hot Froth.

Brewing: Select cup size, add STRONG if desired, press BREW. Frothing: Turn dial to desired setting, press button to start. Settings: Auto-off cannot be disabled. Descaling mode activated when indicator lights.

Brewing Coffee

For coffee using K-Cup pods.

  1. Ensure water reservoir is filled.
  2. Power on brewer; wait for ready light.
  3. Lift handle, insert K-Cup, close handle firmly.
  4. Place mug on drip tray.
  5. Select cup size (6,8,10,12 oz).
  6. Press STRONG for bolder coffee (optional).
  7. Press BREW button; cycle completes automatically.
  8. Remove mug; discard used pod.

Tip: Preheat mug with hot water for hotter coffee. Use fresh cold water for best taste.

Using the Milk Frother

Create frothed milk for lattes, cappuccinos.

  1. Fill frother with milk to desired line (MIN for latte, MAX for cappuccino).
  2. Place frother on base, ensure lid is secure.
  3. Turn dial to desired setting: Latte (less froth), Hot Froth, Cold Froth.
  4. Press frother button; cycle runs automatically.
  5. When complete, pour frothed milk into brewed coffee.
  6. Clean frother immediately after use.

WARNING! Do not overfill frother. Use whole or 2% milk for best frothing results.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Empty drip tray and used pod holder. Weekly: Wash removable parts (reservoir, drip tray, frother) with warm soapy water. Monthly: Descale when indicator lights using Keurig descaling solution.

Descaling Procedure: Fill reservoir with descaling solution and water, run brew cycles without pod until reservoir empty, rinse with fresh water cycles.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning. Never immerse brewer in water. Use only Keurig descaling solution.
