Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface.

  1. Remove packaging materials and stickers from brewer.
  2. Wash removable parts: Rinse water reservoir and drip tray with warm water.
  3. Fill reservoir: Remove reservoir, fill with fresh water, reattach.
  4. Plug into AC power outlet.
  5. Prime brewer: Follow first-time use steps.

WARNING! Place on heat-resistant surface away from edges. Keep cord away from hot surfaces.

First-Time Use

Power on brewer; prime before first brew.

  1. Press POWER button; blue light will illuminate.
  2. Lift and close handle without K-Cup pod to prime system.
  3. Place mug on drip tray.
  4. Select brew size: Press and hold BREW button until desired oz lights up (6, 8, or 10).
  5. Brew hot water only through system twice to clean.
  6. Brew first cup: Insert K-Cup, close handle, press BREW.

CAUTION! Brewer and water will be hot. Avoid contact during and immediately after brewing.

Brewing Guide

For optimal coffee, tea, or hot cocoa.

  1. Press POWER to turn on; blue light on.
  2. Place mug on drip tray.
  3. Lift handle, insert K-Cup pod, close handle firmly.
  4. Select brew size (6, 8, 10 oz) by pressing/holding BREW button.
  5. Press BREW button to start cycle.
  6. Brewing completes in under 1 minute.
  7. Remove mug; brewer auto-offs after 90 seconds.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use 6 oz setting or brew two cycles into same mug.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures performance and longevity.

  1. Unplug brewer and cool completely before cleaning.
  2. External surfaces: Wipe with damp cloth; do not immerse.
  3. Drip tray and reservoir: Remove, wash with warm soapy water, rinse, dry.
  4. K-Cup holder: Remove pod after each use; wipe chamber with damp cloth.
  5. Needle cleaning: Use paperclip to clear exit needle if clogged (unplug first).

CAUTION! Never use abrasive cleaners or immerse brewer in water.

Descaling Procedure

Required when descale indicator lights or every 3-6 months.

  1. Fill reservoir with 16 oz white vinegar or Keurig descaling solution.
  2. Place large mug (16 oz+) on drip tray.
  3. Press POWER, then BREW without K-Cup to start cycle.
  4. Repeat until reservoir empty (about 30 min).
  5. Rinse reservoir, fill with fresh water.
  6. Brew water-only cycles until vinegar smell dissipates (at least 12 cycles).
  7. Descale light will turn off after process.
