Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Choose Location: Place on a flat, stable surface near an electrical outlet and away from heat sources.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Wash removable parts (drip tray, K-cup holder) with warm, soapy water before first use.
  3. Water Reservoir: Fill the water reservoir with fresh, cold water. Do not exceed MAX fill line.
  4. Power Connection: Plug into a 120V, 60Hz grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords.
  5. Prime the System: Run water through the brewer without a K-cup to flush the system (3-4 cycles).
  6. Install Water Filter: Soak charcoal filter for 5 minutes, then insert into filter handle and install in reservoir.
  7. First Brew: Insert a K-cup, select cup size, and start your first brewing cycle.
Important: Always use genuine Keurig® K-cup pods for optimal performance and to maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting

Common Error Indicators
