Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on clean, level, stable surface.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Wash removable parts: Wash water reservoir and drip tray with warm, soapy water.
  3. Place brewer: Position on stable, level surface away from heat sources.
  4. Fill water reservoir: Remove reservoir, fill with fresh cold water, reinsert.
  5. Plug into AC power outlet.

WARNING! Ensure brewer is unplugged during cleaning. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.

First-Time Use

Prime the brewing system before first use.

  1. Plug in brewer: Power button light will flash.
  2. Prime system: Place a mug on drip tray, lift and close handle without K-Cup pod, press brew button to run water through system.
  3. Repeat priming: Run 2-3 full reservoirs of water through without K-Cup pod.
  4. Insert K-Cup: Lift handle, insert K-Cup pod, close handle firmly.
  5. Select brew size: Choose 6 oz, 8 oz, or 10 oz.
  6. Brew: Press brew button to start cycle.

CAUTION! Water will be hot during priming. Keep hands clear of outlet.

Indicator Lights: Power light (solid when on, flashing when heating), Ready light (solid when heated and ready to brew).

Brew Size Selection: Press desired brew size button before brewing. Auto-off: Automatically turns off 90 seconds after last brew cycle. Descaling Mode: Activated when descale light illuminates.

Brewing Coffee

Brewing with K-Cup pods.

  1. Power on: Press power button, wait for ready light.
  2. Place mug: On drip tray.
  3. Insert K-Cup: Lift handle, insert K-Cup pod, close handle firmly.
  4. Select size: Press 6 oz, 8 oz, or 10 oz button.
  5. Start brew: Press brew button.
  6. Remove pod: After brewing, lift handle to eject used pod.

Tip: For stronger coffee, use smaller brew size with same pod.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance.

  1. Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth.
  2. Weekly: Remove and wash water reservoir and drip tray in warm, soapy water.
  3. Monthly: Clean needle that pierces K-Cup pods with paper clip (unplug first).
  4. As needed: Descale when indicator light comes on.

WARNING! Always unplug brewer before cleaning. Never immerse in water.

Descaling

Descale when descale indicator light illuminates.

  1. Prepare solution: Mix Keurig descaling solution or white vinegar with water.
  2. Fill reservoir: With descaling solution.
  3. Start descale mode: Press and hold 6 oz and 10 oz buttons for 3 seconds.
  4. Brew: Run solution through brewer without K-Cup pod.
  5. Rinse: Fill reservoir with fresh water, run multiple cycles to rinse.

CAUTION! Use only Keurig descaling solution or white vinegar. Follow instructions carefully.

Care Instructions

Unplug before cleaning. Use only damp cloth for exterior; no abrasive cleaners.
